City Latitude vs. Wind Speed

There is no correlation between windspeed and latitude. Or to say otherwise, (in accent of your choice) "According to the data that we have gathered here, it is safe to say that we cannot find any correlation between the Latitude of the city sampled and it's windspeed at that current time. That is not to say that there may be a correlation and it is something that we should keep an eye on."
